Prescribed Minimum Benefit (PMB) Specialist
The purpose of this role is to take complete ownership of the end-to-end Prescribed Minimum Benefit (PMB) claims process, ensuring full legislative compliance and securing maximum rightful reimbursement for the practice. You will act as the central authority on PMB processing, managing complex claims once they are flagged, and bridging the gap between clinical providers, medical schemes, and regulatory bodies. The PMB Specialist will resolve payment discrepancies, obtain necessary clinical motivations, and manage rigorous escalation processes up to the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) to ensure claims are funded correctly according to PMB legislation.

The primary focus of the Junior Operations & End User Support position is to ensure the reliable performance, availability, and security of end-user IT equipment and services, enabling employees to perform their daily responsibilities without disruption. The role provides timely technical support, maintains and monitors end-user devices, meeting room technology, and telephony systems, manages IT assets and device configurations, supports security initiatives, and resolves incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure efficient and cost-effective IT operations.

The role involves managing sales appointments, confidently demonstrating and positioning Healthbridge’s value proposition, and developing lasting relationships with key stakeholders. It also requires maintaining accurate sales records, completing all necessary administrative and reporting tasks, and providing market insights to help enhance the company’s value proposition. Regular travel within the assigned territory is required to engage with prospective and existing clients.
