The Client Experience Operations Manager (CX Ops Manager) is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the client experience – primarily onboarding and service. This role focuses on building and optimising processes that enhance the overall client journey, ensure high client satisfaction, and drive retention. The CX Ops Manager works cross-functionally to implement strategies, lead teams, and embed a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of financial, administrative, and operational functions across the business. Core responsibilities include accurate billing and revenue reconciliation, supplier and expense management, and budget tracking. In addition, the role oversees front-office operations, manages travel arrangements, supports company events and team functions, and ensures stock and office supplies are well managed.The role also provides personal assistant support to the Executive: iHealth and Bureau Services.The person in this role creates a sense of order, calm, and reliability — keeping things on track while caring for the small details that make a big difference. Product Operations Lead - Meraki Product
The purpose of this role is to organise, prioritise, and drive issue resolution. This entails managing a small team of Product Specialists, managing the day-to-day triaging of issues, incident investigation, providing absolute clarity of the status of issues, and implementing pro-active measures to limit and prevent future problems.This role will live and breathe operations and would need to get involved in analysis of issues on a detailed level, facilitate workshops, and be proactive in enhancing operational processes. You will be part of the Product team, working closely with the Digital (development) team to resolve issues, and collaborate with teams across the organization. You will need to form strong relationships with & be closely aligned with the client-facing teams.
