The primary focus of the Junior Operations & End User Support position is to ensure the reliable performance, availability, and security of end-user IT equipment and services, enabling employees to perform their daily responsibilities without disruption. The role provides timely technical support, maintains and monitors end-user devices, meeting room technology, and telephony systems, manages IT assets and device configurations, supports security initiatives, and resolves incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure efficient and cost-effective IT operations.
