The Anaesthetic Billing Administrator is responsible for delivering an efficient, consistent, and accurate billing service to GP Anaesthetist and Anaesthesiologist clients. The role manages the financial lifecycle of procedures, from preparing upfront patient estimates through to capturing and submitting final claims, ensuring billing is accurate and revenue is maximized in line with the services provided.
The role also involves resolving patient queries, liaising with specialist practices to obtain relevant theatre information, processing claim adjustments, and working closely with the Claims Administrator to support seamless medical debt management. Strong knowledge of anaesthetic billing is essential, with 2–3 years of industry experience required.
