Brand & Operations Manager

As a Brand & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business by spearheading full-funnel marketing strategies for the Healthbridge Bureau and Value-Added Services. You’ll act as a high-impact “Enablement Lead,” leveraging your technical curiosity to modernise internal operations through the integration of AI and automated workflows. Beyond growth and efficiency, you will serve as the guardian of the customer journey, overseeing centralized campaign governance to ensure a seamless, cohesive, and non-overlapping brand experience for the doctor community across all business units.

Intellegent Automation Lead

The Intelligent Automation Lead is a key member of the Healthbridge Efficiency Lab (eLab), with a role that encompasses strategic, business-focused, and technical responsibilities. The Intelligent Automation Lead works closely with the eLab leadership team to envision the future of our operations, to drive business efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational quality by leveraging a wide range of AI and intelligent automation technologies. In addition, this individual plays a central role in delivering that vision – with responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of intelligent automation initiatives, from identifying and analysing opportunities to designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions. The remuneration package comprises an 80% fixed portion and a 20% performance-based portion, the latter of which is determined against the achievement of business objectives for the initiatives the individual is responsible for.

Technical Development Lead

The purpose of this role is to lead a development team within the Technology Services space, providing technical guidance, hands-on development, and direct management of both permanent employees and contractors. This role is pivotal in driving the technical excellence and delivery of a cloud-based product, contributing to the overall strategic roadmap, and fostering a high-performance environment.

Outbound Business Consultant (KZN) - HB Bureau

The role focuses on delivering the organisation’s evolving value proposition by onboarding and managing higher-revenue mass market clients, while continuously consulting with them to identify and act on opportunities to up-sell additional products and services, ultimately positioning the role holder as a trusted business champion for clients.
