The Intelligent Automation Lead is a senior member of the Healthbridge Efficiency Lab (eLab) responsible for advancing organizational efficiency, cost reduction, and operational quality through AI and intelligent automation. The role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution, including defining the company’s automation strategy, identifying opportunities, developing ROI-driven business cases, and overseeing the full lifecycle of solution design and implementation. It also provides technical oversight to ensure alignment with architecture and data protection standards, while driving change management and promoting the successful adoption of intelligent automation across the organization.
