End User Support Technician

The purpose of the End User Support Technician role is to ensure that all employee equipment operates efficiently, enabling uninterrupted daily business activities. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting colleagues who face technical challenges, helping them resolve issues quickly and effectively. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will play a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of Healthbridge’s IT infrastructure, which is essential to fulfilling our company’s purpose. Your duties will include providing end-user support services, monitoring and maintaining devices, meeting room equipment, and telephony systems, assisting with asset inventory management, ensuring system updates are applied, ordering and configuring devices, supporting security implementations, and resolving incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

The primary purpose of the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer role is to safeguard and enhance the quality, performance, and reliability of Healthbridge’s health-tech platform. This includes leading the design and implementation of robust API- and automation testing strategies, integrating AI tools, executing comprehensive test plans, promoting QA best practices, and mentoring team members. The role also ensures continuity by occasionally standing in for the Switching Implementation and Quality Assurance Lead. Ultimately, this position plays a key role in ensuring our technology solutions are effective, secure, and meet the critical needs of patients and healthcare providers.

Outbound Client Relations Consultant: HB Bureau

As a CRM Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the onboarding process for clients joining the Healthbridge Bureau. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience. Your ongoing contribution will be instrumental in managing retention of the Healthbridge Bureau client base.

Outbound Business Consultant

As a Business Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience by onboarding new clients, ensuring their practices perform optimally, and managing client retention to foster long-term relationships. This includes understanding their specific needs, providing tailored solutions, proactively addressing challenges, and serving as their trusted advisor to maximise satisfaction and success with our services. The role’s purpose is to enhance our value proposition by onboarding and maintaining larger mass market clients through continuous consulting, identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services, and becoming a trusted business champion for our clients.

Product Operations Lead - Meraki Product

The purpose of this role is to organise, prioritise, and drive issue resolution. This entails managing a small team of Product Specialists, managing the day-to-day triaging of issues, incident investigation, providing absolute clarity of the status of issues, and implementing pro-active measures to limit and prevent future problems.This role will live and breathe operations and would need to get involved in analysis of issues on a detailed level, facilitate workshops, and be proactive in enhancing operational processes. You will be part of the Product team, working closely with the Digital (development) team to resolve issues, and collaborate with teams across the organization. You will need to form strong relationships with & be closely aligned with the client-facing teams.
