In South Africa, more than half the population (or 28.6 million people) use the Internet in some way or form. Of the millions of internet users, almost all of them will use the internet to search for healthcare services.

The statistic matter to medical professionals because if you are not online, new patients can’t find you. But managing your practice listing across hundreds of available online directories, patient review sites and social media platforms can be daunting.
